All remanufactured and generic cartridges are guaranteed 100% until the toner/ink runs out to be free from defects. If a problem occurs a full replacement cartridge will be issued at no charge. On (OEM) cartridges, if a problem occurs you must contact the manufacturer directly. Discount Copier Service does not warranty any (OEM) cartridges. Note: (OEM) refers to Original Equipment made by the Manufacturer.
